Product Description:

1. Boxin film, bottle, basket, tube, woven bag crusher is specially designed for processing films, bottles and other hollow thin-walled plastics. It has a central hinged two-piece cutting chamber, which has a solid welded steel structure, and the upper and lower parts of the shell meet in the horizontal direction. A reversible stator blade with double cutting edges is mounted as a single element to the lower part of the housing, allowing multiple re-sharpening and adjustments of the stator blade. There is a hinged screen bracket and hinged door to facilitate screening.
2. The rotor is a heavy-duty paddle design with a cutter head to protect the blade when processing abrasives. Screw the knife mounting bolt into the mounting plate opposite to the rotor. All knives are made of standard chromium-nickel tool steel, but for processing applications with particularly strong machinability, Boxin crushers can be equipped with specially designed wear-resistant rotors that use wear-resistant steel parts and Hardox finishes.

4. The v-cut cutting geometry has obvious advantages over other rotor designs, including higher output and lower power consumption, better cutting quality, and lower noise levels. Compared with the traditional rotor configuration, the Boxin rotor configuration can provide 20-40% additional throughput
5. The specially designed tool holder fixture means that it can be adjusted from outside the machine, which greatly reduces the downtime required to replace/set the tool holder.
6. The bottom frame adopts a sturdy welded structure with anti-vibration rubber feet to reduce vibration and noise. The drive motor is installed on the tension guide, which can easily adjust the tension of the V-belt. The integrated suction chute is used for material discharge.
7. A specially designed feeding hopper with curtains can prevent materials from flying back.
8. The integrated anti-fall safety device prevents the rotor from entering the rotor until the rotor comes to a complete stop.
9. When the front panel is open and the machine has an emergency stop button on the body and control panel, the safety switch can prevent the machine from starting.
